Quality Management Program:
PowerTel operates a Quality Management System that complies with the requirements of ISO-9001:2008.
Since 1994 PowerTel has been committed to managing the processes of its operations and has been compliant with the ISO Standards. In 2004 PowerTel registered to ISO-9001:2000 standard for the first time. In 2007 PowerTel re-registered to the ISO-9001:2000 standard and in 2009 made the improvements to its system to comply and register to ISO-9001:2008.
In 2010 and 2013 PowerTel successfully completed re-registration audits without any non-conformances.
PowerTel is registered with Quasar as the external auditor of our Quality Management System.
PowerTel is working towards creating an integrated Health, Safety and Quality program to provide custom-ers the Managed system they want their best service providers to have. This is all part of Risk Management and Project Management that creates continuous improvement of our overall performance and meets our customers’ requirements.
