All operations will follow the PowerTel Environmental Policy.

No refuelling or maintenance of any vehicle or equipment within 30 meters (100 feet) of any watercourse.

No cutting of right-of-ways within 7.5 meters (25 feet) of any watercourse. Any large timber or merchantable timber that must be removed inside the 7.5 meter (25 foot) buffer zone will be done by hand or special approval if done mechanically.

No travelling through any rivers, creeks or streams. The use of bridges or temporary crossings (Swamp mats, ice bridge, temporary bridge) will be used.

Swamp mats will be used when the terrain or permits require their use.

Wetland work will try to be scheduled for winter months when frozen conditions or proper conditions prevail.

Low impact tracked vehicles will be used in areas requiring low impact and or operations that mitigate as little impact as possible.

Waste materials will be properly disposed of according to the requirements of the Owner.

All work will occur to minimize surface runoff and erosion.

Erosion and sediment controls will be implemented as required.

Areas requiring seeding and or mulching will occur.

Remedial work will take place when most feasible.

Trails and roads will be maintained properly and returned to their original state after use.

Follow any restrictions or precautions that may exist from any environmental permitting.
